1. What type of personalized items do you offer?
We currently offer four types of personalization. Below are the types of personalization we offer and some examples of items we can personalize with each method.
- Screen Print: apparel, bags/totes, blankets, and more!
- Heat Transfer Vinyl: apparel (t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, etc), bags/totes, blankets, spirit bows, and more!
- Permanent Vinyl Decal: car decals, window decals, key chains, tumblers (plastic and stainless steel), journals, ornaments, and more!
- Glass Etching: baking dishes, beer mug/glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and more!
2. Do you accept custom orders?
We love to do custom orders! Reach out, and we’ll help create the perfect design for your needs! Please see our “Custom Orders” page for more detailed information!
3. What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. However, we work to get orders out as quickly as possible. Our turnaround time depends greatly on availability for personalized items. For some items that we must order special from our suppliers, our turnaround time may be extended. Depending on our current open orders and inventory, our turnaround time may vary slightly from our standard time frames stated above. We will always do our best update turnaround times as quickly as possible.
4. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, ASJ Creations does not offer returns or exchanges of custom and personalized items which are free of error or damage. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. In the unfortunate event that we make a mistake, we will gladly accept the return and remake the item for you. If there is damage to the item during shipment, please contact us, and we will work with you to process a damage claim/return.
