What is your current turnaround time?

Our current processing time is typically 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships.

During holidays, sales, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order and often personalized, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains an error made by ASJ Creations, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! We love custom orders.

  • Event deadline (if applicable)

Are your shirts unisex?

Yes, most of our shirts are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Please review the sizing chart before purchasing.

How should I wash my shirt?
  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Hang dry recommended
  • Tumble dry low if needed
  • Do not bleach Do not iron directly on design

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! The following local pickup options are available:

  • Porch pickup (near Carroll EMC in Carrolton)
  • School (staff)
    • Central Elementary
    • Central Middle
My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.

Once packages are marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
