Overview
At ASJ Creations, all items are made to order and many are personalized or custom-created specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are free of defects or customization errors.
Order Issues
PPlease inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received
- Printing/manufacturing defect
- Personal customization error made by ASJ Creations
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at orders@asjcreations.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
If we made an error
If the mistake was made by ASJ Creations, we will gladly:
- Replace the item
- Remake the item
OR - Issue a refund when appropriate
This will be determined based on the situation.
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect sizing selected
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Customer-provided spelling/personalization errors
- Normal color variations caused by screen settings or lighting differences
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping delays
Once your package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.
