Tracking Information

Shipping Delays

ASJ Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control once your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not shipped
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed
  • Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, ASJ Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier
  • Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [your email address].

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)
